Change product in the design editor

Now the design editor has the function used to change a product for any other product of the same category (as it was in the old editor). Click the button next to the name of the current product at the top of the editor to change the product.
Please note that, if no attributes are used in the category, a product can be changed in the drop-down list. In other cases, you can change the product in the modal window where you can choose attributes in drop-down lists or by clicking special buttons (it depends on settings in the Attributes tab of the Section pages section).

Duplicate orders

The function to duplicate orders was fully revised in the customer account. Now you can duplicate orders only for the products created in the design editor or interior editor. Thus, you will see the Duplicate button only in the orders for the products belonging to the categories mentioned above. Besides, you can choose only those items that you want to duplicate.

File naming in orders

In the Orders/Settings/Order management/General information section of the control panel, you can choose settings for naming folders of order items and output files in the folders.
If needed, you can customize default settings as you wish, or use default settings as before.

Distribute orders among contractors

Order management requires order distribution among different printing processes and external contractors.
Now you can manually appoint the contractor to execute any order that includes items made by this contractor.
This update makes it possible to split the order paid for automatically. Each part of the order will include only the items produced by a sole source contractor. Then the contractor can be appointed to execute their part of the order. Please note that some products can be made by several contractors, and you can choose the main contractor that will be considered as the sole source in terms of the order. Production of the items without appointed contractors or the items that can be produced by several contractors won’t be divided into parts.
You can enable this function in the Orders/Settings/Order management/General information section of the control panel.

Log in to the website as a customer

It’s now possible for company administrators to log in to the website as a customer. Use the personal or employee account in the control panel. You can find this function in the context menu (three dots) next to the General information header, and use it to review user complaints or to change layouts.

Integration with USPS transportation company

Integration with US transportation company USPS was added. You can enable it in the Settings/Delivery/Delivery methods section in the control panel.
